At "Style My Desk", we are committed to providing you with quality products. However, please note that once an order is placed and shipped, we do not accept returns except under the following conditions:

1. DAMAGED PRODUCT RECEIVED

"Style My Desk" must be notified of any defective or damaged product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to support@stylemydesk.com. Please include the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the damaged product in the email.

2. ONLY AFFECTED PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED AND REPLACED

We will promptly resend and replace the affected product(s), and we will collaborate with you to ensure a satisfactory solution. We aim to respond to emails within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.

 

3. MISSING PRODUCT

"Style My Desk" should be informed of any missing product within 5 days from the delivery date via email to support@stylemydesk.com. Please include the order number, an image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, and 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received.

Please note that we are unable to accept refund requests, but we will be happy to promptly resend the missing product or provide an exchange for defective or damaged product. We strive to respond to emails within 24-48 hours and provide complete assistance thereafter.
